Which is great considering their first diagnosis said it was broken twice and it would take 6-12 months to heal, but it turned out to be a minor fracture just in one place (elbow).
Well, the doctors now say there is no longer any sign of any fractures, so we know Who really heals;)

Looks like patee. Anyone have some crackers?
So how long did she have to have that on? That whole thing about making a line to pay befor getting anything done reminds me of Honduras!
yum! :P
She had to wear that for 24 hours. And supposed to come back til the medicine was all used up--so for like 4-5 treatments.
Not really knowing what that stuff really is, we only kept it on half a day and only went back for it 2 times. Mainly to Memorex it for posterity. Plus, the stuff leaks thru the gauze---we put a plastic bag over her arm but it still leaked out onto her dress and crib. :|
This hospital was a small army "bone" hospital, so there weren't even that many people, but it takes up nearly a whole day. We didn't get to shoot video of the first hospital--which was a really modern but CROWDED one. Maybe capture that another time--but hopefully not for another injury!
You guys all look good though, and I'm relieved to hear how well Alanna is doing! Hooray!
Go Lanni - go!!!
Wow - I missed that lecture in med school. I'm so glad her arm is healed though, and the video is amazing. Thanks for sharing.
God bless!
